That report is so interesting. Thanks I learn a lot!. But aside from that breaking report, are you familiar with Daniel James Murray? Daniel James Murray is slated for a trip either to prison or luxurious accommodations getting shacked up in the whacko basket. Daniel James Murray, not the brightest individual, made a trip to the First National Bank branch, in St. George, Utah, after opening a large account there, and demanded $13,000 in small bills no larger than $50, and was denied his quick cash because he didn't have any identification. He then threatened to assassinate President Obama, and rambled on. The Secret Service is likely to have a chat with him, and it won't be cordial. The threat to national security isn't large, but Daniel James Murray is going to need installment loans for a legal team very soon.

Just to be clear, the F-16 aircraft are not new, but newer jets. The F-16 has not been manufactured for several years. The aircraft that the Duluth ANG will be receiving are retired from USAF service. Reply...
Don't forget about the new aquatic center being built. Bismarck has already been awarded to host the 2010 Central Zone swim championship, bringing swimmers from 11 states. This will be a premier facility with the capability to hold championships at a state, regional, and national level. Progressive thinking went into the design and funding of this facility. Reply...
These centers are horribly expensive. Duluth is building a new arena that seats only 5,000 and will cost $60 million. Big concerts and events are rare, so centers need to develop their own draws. If Bismarck can create several regional events that people are willing to pay admission for, go for it. The FargoDome, Alerus, and Ralph are not making much money despite bringing in money. Reply...
As usual the press screwed up again. I am a little dissapointed that you missed the boat. Amber Junker from Eden Valley Watkins ended her career with 1328 points and 1001 rebounds. She had 14.9 points and 9.8 rebounds and didnt even make the ballot, not to include she was in the top twent in all other catogories in the state what a joke. Hanna linz is a good player but so is Junker. She is going to Winona State on scholarship. I guess it is all about scoring and not the all around player. Reply...

Anybody who plans to shovel large amounts of snow this winter should remember that each year 1000's of people suffer heart attacks or back injuries while shoveling.
A better alternative is to plan in advance to use a wheelshovel or snowblower to prevent injury. Reply...

just because he is a federal informant should let him off the hook and he should have to register like all the others. He still is a risk. Granted what he was doing for the feds is a good thing he still has to follow the laws for his past crime. Reply...
This case’s appeal is going to put a busted ostrich egg in the face of both the judge AND the RIAA. The instructions were clearly outside of the scope of the law, and on top of that, the RIAA never actually proved that DAMAGES occurred. Also, why has no one argued that the DOWNLOADER is responsible for infringement rather than the person “making available?” In the real world, if you make a copy of a CD for someone else, you’re infringing, but if someone makes a copy of a copyrighted item that you, the library, or a rental chain like Blockbuster lends or rents to them, THEY have committed the infringement. There is no feasible way to defeat this analogy. The actual copyright violation occurs not because of the (potentially accidental) availability of the file, but rather because the downloader, copier, or ripper willingly and intentionally chose to make a duplication of the file that would not fall under a fair use exemption.
The jury has essentially made you liable for infringement if your friend borrows a CD from you and decides to rip it without your knowledge or consent before returning it.
I would expect Blockbuster to file an amicus brief for the appeal, because if this ruling is allowed to stand, Blockbuster is “making available” a TON of copyrighted media, and they commit copyright infringement with every rental that chooses to duplicate the rented item. They made it available, after all.
The utter stupidity of the instructions is easily found when the implications of those instructions are applied to all situations that would fall under the wording of those instructions, and that’s why this is going to be one hell of an EASY appeal. Reply...
If you don't think you are paid what you are worth, find another employer who will pay you more. This reminds me of a bunch of whining toddlers. Get back to work!
If enough people were to quit and find other employment, the U will be forced to increase pay to attract other qualified employees. The problem is, the U can probably find plenty of people who would work for their current and proposed wages which means that the amount they are offering is fair and in line with the market. Economics people.

While I am in a bit of a shock on the news of my father's remains being found, I am grateful to put closure to a long awaited mystery!
I wondered if the article could be forwarded to the Sheboygan Press? We have lived here since 1972 and have many friends, business associates in this area who have been aware of and helped our family through some very difficult times in regard to this situation. My husband Jim Yanko was from Mellen, WI. He established a very successful business here in Sheboygan, Yanko Environmental Services. He died of cancer in 1992 when the business was sold to Cardinal Environmental Services. My husband Robert J. Nickodem was Vice President in charge of the Trust Dept. at U.S. Bank formerly Security First Bank, for 45 years. We have been well known in this area and it would be helpful for the Press to have the information and print it if they feel it is newsworthy. It would help our family as we would never be able to notify the many people who were aware of this difficult situation. Thank you for your sensitivity in this news report. God Bless.

The Itasca County coroner, M. Baich, has ruled that the death was caused by lightning. Dr. Roberta Zimmerman, who conducted the autopsy, told the investigator from the Itasca County sherriff's office, Greg Snyder, that she thought the boat lift was powered by 220V. She said that 110v could not have caused that much damage. Jeremy's sandal was found on the dock approximately 8 feet from the boat lift controls and 4 feet from the back of the lift. From that position, he could not reach the lift. Several people reported to Mr. Snyder that a brief thunderstorm passed over at about the time of the accident. Reply...
