Easy question,get ahold of the "Boone and Crockett" people online.........They have professional scorers in every state and most countys...............They will either come to your house or you go to them..They will green score the rack,than there is a drying period of six months.They then will score it for the books.

I have a "Boone and Crockett" book here for the state of North Dakota,let me go look and give you more information.

Ok get ahold of the "North Dakota Game and Fish Department" in Bismarck,ask to purchase their "North Dakota BIG GAME RECORDS" book...It doesn't cost but a few dollars.Than go online or ask around at the Buck judging contests that go on after deer hunting.They have Boone and Crockett scorers at every contest-talk to them and get the ball rolling..........The lowest score is a 150 class,so yes he is qualified to enter,which will put him in the 50th to 45th place in ND.............GOOD LUCK!!

Another question.  How do you apply for Boone and Crockett?  My Dad was telling me that it would qualify.  I did not find much on the Game and Fish site.

However, I must say, I don't believe molesters are born that way either.  I believe they develop sick minds through either being victimized at some point in their lives or, by feeding  into a sick fantasy.  I think some can be helped through therapy.  But whether or not they belong on the street again is something that is best determined by the judge and their therapist.

A lot of the "sex offenders" if born even a hundred years ago would not be sex offenders. I am not talking about violent offenders. That is a learned behavior.

I don't believe that anyone is a "born sex-offender".  Their enviornment might help cause them to be one, but nobody is born that way.

On the other hand, I do believe that some people may be born with anti-social tendencies.  There have been some studies done on this that seem to support this theory. And a lot of sex offenders have anti-social personality disorder. But even if a person is born with certain tendencies, enviornment still plays the biggest part in making them who they are.

Bottom line, though, they still need to be locked up and kept away from the rest of society - - -forever.

I have dealt with sex offenders , and had groups with them. Such as anger management and so on while I was at HOTR, when I was a teenager. Most of those kids get the treatment and don't ever get in trouble again. Apparently the trend also follows with first time adult offenders too.

Now back to my earlier position that they are born that way. For a lot of history it was okay, for an adult to have sex with an adult. I don't think it is right, but it is what it was. I never said that people who were gay were hurting other people. the comparission here is that your sexual prefernce is determined long before you were born. Sometimes there is an enviornmental change in your sexuality, and I am not talking about that. I am just saying there will be a time when people will say that, they were born that way.

Any sex offender That rapes a woman and admits it or has more than one witness or any of these sicko's that harm or molest children should have a rope with thirteen knots in it around their neck slightle off to the left side and strung up.

And maybe just maybe this would deter the next sicko thinking about doing this.

Why should we keep housing these loons when half of them will tell you that if they get out they cant promise they wouldnt commit the same act again?
