A Democratic official says Obama will tap Susan Rice for U.N. ambassador, Eric Holder for attorney general and Janet Napolitano for homeland security. MUMBAI, India (AP) The sole surviving gunman of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India, has reportedly told police he belongs to a Pakistani militant group. Top Indian officials have suspected Pakistani ties. A senior police officer says the gunman told authorities that the attackers had planned to hit more targets. MUMBAI, India (AP) The Taj Mahal hotel in Mumbai is surrounded by barricades as officials search one of the 10 targets of the terrorists whose attacks left more than 170 people dead. Another site, the Cafe Leopold, briefly reopened today, but was asked by police to close because it hadn't gotten permission. CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) The landing site for the shuttle Endeavour has been switched from Florida to California because of poor weather at the Kennedy Space Center. Touchdown is set for 4:25 p.m. Eastern time.
