Democratic officials say Obama has talked with Hillary Rodham CLinton and Bill Richardson about the Cabinet position. SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) A wildfire may have burned up to 200 homes in Montecito, California. More than 1,000 firefighters are hoping to contain the blaze.
