Fargo, N.D. (AP) A convicted drug dealer from Fargo has lost on two post-appeal complaints to the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Michael Gamboa is serving two life sentences after a jury convicted him in 2003 on seven drug and weapons charges. His original appeal was rejected by the federal appeals court in 2006.

The appeals court denied one of his complaints because Gamboa filed it before there was a final ruling on his motion. The judges said there was no basis for the other complaint.
