Associated Press SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) An Omaha, Neb., man has to repay more than $10,000 stolen by using the identities of two other people with the same name. Thirty-year-old Michael Terrell Johnson pleaded guilty in federal court in Sioux Falls to access device fraud. Prosecutors say that in 2006 and 2007, he filled out credit card applications on the Internet to get credit cards using the birthdays and Social Security numbers of two other people named Michael Johnson. After receiving the credit cards, Johnson racked up charges on the cards. Besides the restitution, he'll be on probation for four years. (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
