Associated Press BAGHDAD (AP) Officials say Iraqi and U.S. negotiators have completed an agreement that would see American troops leave Iraqi cities as soon as June 30th. But it won't be a done deal until President Bush and Baghdad officials sign off on it. The Iraqi government is also pushing for a specific date by which all U.S. forces would depart the country. KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) The U.S.-led coalition says more than 30 militants have been killed in a battle with its troops in eastern Afghanistan. There were no coalition or Afghan troops killed. EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (AP) President Bush says the nation is grateful for the service of Democratic Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones. PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (AP) Three days of heavy rains from Tropical Storm Fay have flooded hundreds of homes. There's up to 5 feet of standing water in homes in Brevard and St. Lucie counties.
