Associated Press NEW YORK (AP) Stock prices have had an indecisive session so far. The market is coming off of two session declines. Washington (AP) Shares of mortgage finance companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have continued their declines today. Investors are increasingly concerned that there's a risk the stocks could become virtually worthless if the government bails them out. WASHINGTON (AP) Faced with losses that could approach 1.5 billion dollars this year, the U.S. Postal Service is offering early retirement without incentives or bonuses to thousands of clerks, mail handlers and supervisors. The agency is making the offers to workers 50 and older who have 20 years of service and employees of any age who have 25 years of service. NEW YORK (AP) Oil prices have been bouncing around, recovering a bit after the Energy Department issued its weekly inventories report. It told of a huge increase in the nation's crude supplies with falling fuel demand. NEW YORK (AP) Americans don't seem to be stressing out about their plastic.
