HELENA, Mont. (AP) A retired Havre railroad worker won a $30,102 prize in the Hot Lotto game.

Al Lipp claimed the money after picking winning numbers in a a drawing last week. He says he almost always plays the game with his own numbers.

Lipp says the store owner where the ticket was bought knew that Lipp had won when it was learned the winner was bought at Stromberg Sinclair. Lipp says he always plays the Sizzler option which tripled the winnings in his case and that gave him away.
