Fargo, N.D. (AP) An international employment services company ranks the Fargo-area job market as the fourth strongest in the nation.

The employment survey released by Manpower Inc., shows 53 percent of the Fargo-area companies interviewed plan to hire more employees and 44 percent expect to maintain current staffing levels in the third quarter of the year.

Lora Schilz of Manpower's Fargo office, said the area's hiring activity is expected to be significantly stronger than last year.

Nationally, employers project a slight decline in third-quarter hiring.
