PHILADELPHIA (AP) Hillary Rodham CLinton says "a win is a win" as she dismisses speculation that she needs a substantial victory in today's Pennsylvania primary. Rival Barack Obama is also downplaying whatever tonight's results may be. He is claiming to be "the underdog" in the contest.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) Election workers in Pennsylvania say they are seeing a strong turn out for the Democratic presidential primary. One Penn State University student sporting a Hillary 2008 T-shirt felt outnumbered because of what he says is the "cult" Barack Obama has on campus. An Obama supporter says she believes Clinton has been "tainted" by the political system.

CHESTERFIELD, S.C. (AP) Federal prosecutors say they will charge an 18-year-old accused of planning to bomb his South Carolina high school with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. If convicted on that charge, Ryan Schallenberger could face a possible life sentence.

SAN ANGELO, Texas (AP) The more than 400 children taken from a polygamous sect in West Texas are being placed in temporary foster care facilities all around Texas. Lawyers say Child Protective Services did not allow anyone in or out of the building where the children had been staying as they were loaded onto buses today.
