PIERRE, S.D. (AP) South Dakota legislators are scheduled to consider 2 proposals today that would loosen state liquor laws.

One bill would provide special liquor licenses for full-service restaurants in the state's 14 largest cities.

The other bill provides additional liquor licenses for grocery stores in those first-class cities, which are cities of at least 5,000 people.

Both measures are scheduled for hearings in the Senate State Affairs Committee.
