Mitt Romney says he's not too nice

SALEM, N.H. (AP) GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney says his campaign strategy is simple strengthen America.

He says that means having a strong military. He says that requires more troops, money to give them the equipment they need and the care they deserve when they get home.

Romney says as president he would have several goals: a strong economy, getting off foreign oil and cleaning up the immigration problem.

Romney marched in a Labor Day parade in Milford, New Hampshire, today.

He also talked about Idaho Senator Larry Craig, who recently resigned as the Senate liaison for Romney's campaign after he was caught in a sex sting. Craig also resigned from the Senate.

Romney says Craig did the right thing in stepping down. He says, "It was between himself and his conscience and his fellow citizens in Idaho. He made the decision he thought was best. And I support his decision." % | save this article / add to your favorites list
