PIERRE, S.D. (AP) The South Dakota Supreme Court has upheld the convictions of a Huron man who was sent to prison for 30 years after evidence of a meth lab was found in two homes where he'd lived.

Thirty-nine-year-old Tod A. Wilkinson had argued that officers did not have enough evidence to obtain search warrants for those homes when they staged a raid in January 2006. The high court did not agree.

Various ingredients used to make meth were found in the house where Wilkinson lived when he was arrested and in a house he'd lived in earlier.

The justices said officers had plenty of advance information that allowed them to get the proper search warrants. They also said enough evidence was presented at the trial to prove Wilkinson was involved in making meth.
