Associated Press The ruling means that evidence first gathered in the garbage and later from Wayne R. Stevens' home may be used against him on drug charges. Police say they found drugs in the home after learning that Stevens had an argument over a debt with Troy Klug (KLOOG) who disappeared three years ago.
